bandwidth related query

Hello All,

Iam running small cable ISP Business. so iam using RHL 7.2
based ISP Server.
there are 100 Subscribers on this Network. I would like to regulate
the usage of bandwidth by the users ,how to know how much bandwidth
each subscriber is using & other bandwidth related statistics
......Where can i can find such information on the RHL server .

For the statistics have a try to the IPAC-NG software (package on
http://www.rpmfind.org).
