We are having a problem with "something" on our network consuming all of
our internet bandwidth. It is an intermittent problem but becoming a REAL
problem. We suspect that the culprit may be our Windows SBS 2003. Does
anyone know of a utility or tool which I can install on my server that will
show specifics of what process(s) are using bandwidth, and how much?
Thanks.

Just a hunch ... next time you observe it happening take a look at the
exchange output queues on your server. If they are full of non-delivery
reports then its a reasonable bet that your server is being used to delivery
Reverse-NDR SPAM(for details see
http://www.cryer.co.uk/glossary/r/reverse_ndr.htm). I first discovered this
when our internet connection seemed to be slow but slow because of the
amount of traffic being generated.

Hope you get to the bottom of it. Please post back when you find the cause
(and resolution) so others can benefit.
