Bad gateway and 01/01/1601

I've been getting alot of bad gateways lately and am not sure as to how to
fix it. Do I simply increase my TTL?

BTW, in my list of running processes from my adaware log, I have a few
processes running a creation date of 01/01/1601. They are as follows:

kernel32.dll
msgsrv32.exe
mmtask.tsk
mprexe.exe
mstask.exe
rpcss.exe
taskmon.exe
systray.exe
wmiexe.exe

Any explanations?
