Bad connection, not constant

Using a belkin wireless router on an XP system, and it is connected but often
does not download completely, and boots off MSN Messenger quite often. Says
the connection and signal are excellent. I just need to know why my
connection isnt stable and slow downloads. Thanks

There's a option for checking the signal strength, if is poor try changing
the channel.
