Backup SYSVOL causing errors

Hello,

I get a error when i backup the system state of SYSVOL of Active Direcotory
in Symantec Veritas Backup Exec 10d.

Backup- Shadow?Copy?Components Shadow?Copy?Components
WARNING:
"Shadow?Copy?Components\System?State\SYSVOL\SYSVOL \8a84e337-8cc4-43c7-832a0c15fa315722"
is a corrupt file.
This file cannot verify.

Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xe000fedd - A failure occurred accessing the object list.
Final error category: Resource Errors

I have search in the knowledge base of Vertitas but i can not fine a good
solutions

Greetings,

Which version of Windows Server are you running?
Does a reboot resolve the problem temporarily?
Have you installed the latest updates / service packs for BackUpEXEC
Is your server running the latest updates and hotfixes?
