avc broadband

How do I config` my email client when using AVC Broadband

I use as my main emailer `thebat` also sometimes `Outlook Express` but only for the
newsgroup side. My email its still using the slower dial up connection.

Also when using `RealPlayer` I notice it seems to be using the dial up connection
not the faster AVC connection

I have the proxy setting set up in my web browser I.E. and that uses the broadband
connection OK

Go into your internet settings in IE, and set it to never dial a
connection (ie connect via LAN) - should help :-}
