Go to My Computer -> DialUp Networking -> r-click your ISP ->
Properties -> General -> Configure -> Connection. Check the
"Disconnect a call if idle for more than ... mins" box and specify
your idle time. Be aware that some applications may reset the idle
timer. For example, your email client may be configured to check your
mailbox at regular intervals.
