auto-dial VPN after wireless connection is up

Hello,

with MS Windows XP Pro, there is "Dial another connection first", but
ist there some way to dial another connection second?

I need to connect to wireless networks after that I have to dial a vpn
connection to get access to the local networks. So i would like to be
able to tell windows to connect or to ask me to do so as soon as the
wireless connection is established.
The VPN connection to dial depends on the wireless network (SSID or AP mac).

Any Ideas?

It may even help if it is posible to run any script or programm after
the wireless connection is running.
