Well, I found the answer to my question. I added the DHCP
service to my Win2K DC, and used it's DHCP snap-in to gain
access to the "manage authorized servers" where I added
the Win2003 server as an authorized server. Now in the
DHCP console on the Win2003 server it is showing as
authorized, and all I need to do now is activate the
scope.
