I just got a Linksys Wireless router a few day ago. I'm slowly but
surely figuring it out. I can't find some info on the Linksys website so I
figured I would ask here:

On the Advanced Wireless Settings page there is an option for
Authentication Type. What exactly does this do? If gives me a choice of
Auto and Shared Key. It simple terms, what's the difference between Auto
and Shared Key? I know what a key is.

Thanks!
