Thought I'd see if you cud check my post, to see if my facts are right.
If you're not too busy...

You advertise your fastest product (10MB) with the words...

Great for:
Very heavy users of the internet and those wanting the fastest home
cable internet connection.

"Unlimited usage - no restrictions"

And then you state in response to users complaints about payin for that
product, and havin it cut in half, with...

"Unfortunately there will always be a hard core of users who don't care
what effect their usage behaviour has on other user's. We have been
aware of this for some years hence the wording of the AUP around this
area. It has now reached the point where their usage is affecting
other users and we have to consider some form of traffic management"

So... from that statement, you're happy to advertise, and sell the
product to a particular type of client, but when they actually use said
product for the purpose you sell it for, you penalise them.
You try to put the blame on them customers as the reason why your
network cannot cope with the demands of them payin customers, you sold,
and will continue to sell the product to.

Also from that statement, you say...
"It has now reached the point where their usage is affecting
other users and we have to consider some form of traffic management"

So that means you 'will' be introducin it all across the network.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

He won't...
He knows I'm right, just to scared to say it.
You can tell by when he snips the whole lot.
Especially as it's in an external group, and there's no sheep in here
for him to convince we shud all blame each other, and not the company
that's sellin a product they can't provide.
