I am trying to create a wireless network between my
desktop (host) running ME and my laptop (client) running
XP. I am using a NETGEAR Cable/DSL Wireless router as a
Wireless Access Point router and my wireless network
connection is working properly.

However, while I can access the shared folders, files and
printers on the desktop from the laptop I cannot even
browse my network from the laptop. After creating the
network and rebooted I got the following
message "IPHLPAPI.DLL file cannot start. Check the file
to determine the problem"!! When I try to check in My
Entire Network I get "Unable to browse network. Windows
is unable to gain access to network).

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
