att 6850g constantly resets

i bought 2 att 6850g wireless routers and they both constantly reset
themselves. i tried loading the bin file from a 6800g but that did not help
anything. customer service asked for a bunch of statistical information and
then disappeared. will compusa bm take returns from an onlinem purchase.
frustrating. at least the pc card works well.
