Atheros 5004x miniPCI a/b/g- EEPROM

Hi.

I have got miniPCI a/b/g card with Atheros chipset. It was for USA FCC
regulatory,
but I found channel set tools to change this to Japan or Europe regulatory.

Maybe has someone other tools which is enable to set EEPROM regulatory
domain value to 0 and use country code instead ?
