Assigning IP addresses with IAS authentication

Hi,
I have this setup:
- A Netscreen firewall that accepts remote clients using their software
clients.
- This firewall must ask my IAS server if the user is granted logon. If it
is, it must take a specific-for-user IP address.

Any ideas for a quick setup?
