ask about whether RPC can guarantee the integrality of request/reply

i just want to use RPC provided in linux kernel to implement my
protocol for transporting data, and using UDP as its lower level
protocol.
i dont know whether RPC can guarantee the integrality of the request
and reply message. for example, if a request message two large to be
splited into three or more UDP package, and they reach the server out
of order, can RPC deal with that and call the corresponding procedure
with correct arguments.
