Ask something about Indirect NextHop

I had visited the Router's NextHop table.
There is something that I dont understand.

Is 210.25.129.243 the Indirect Router?
If not, do the Routers in nexthop table direct connect to the the
router having the nexthop table?
Why Router put the message into the Router Table?
