I have some bizarro arp entries:

[root@fw /root]# arp -a
sddmz01 (10.3.3.8) at <incomplete> on eth0
sddmz01 (10.3.3.8) at 00:0F:1F:69:91:2D [ether] on eth1

I cannot arp -d them. I'm trying to find a way to flush the entire arp
cache, but am coming up bingo.

Try

ip neigh flush dev eth0

(from the iproute package).
