ARP control settings for timeout and tablesize

Windows2000 and the NTx series had two registry entries to control the
length of time an ARP entry was cached, and how many ARP entries a server
could keep simultaneously.

I can't find anything like those Registry entries in Win2k3.

Anyone know where I can find them?

Thanks,
