In fact it was /etc/resolv.conf so ssh, ftp worked but not apt and ping .

Believe me, apt-get works well.
Please check if U are connected to the internet
and if U have proper entries in /etc/apt/sources.list.

Than, if all is right please do this:
# apt-get clean
# apt-get update
# apt-get install postfix
and dump results of those commands.
