I'm running a Windows 2003 server with sp1 that has been using the appletalk
protocol with no issue until a recent re-boot of the server on the evening of
9/8/08. Since the re-boot the Macintosh clients cannot see printers or
shares via appletalk and I have Event ID:4 list in the system event log with
the source as "AppleTalk" indicating it is unable to register the name on the
node on the adapter. This had not been an issue until the Monday night
re-boot.

The server is a HP DL380 G3 with two 3.2GHz Xeon Processors and 4 HP nic's.
Two ports are teamed for our Lan and two ports are teamed for our SAN. I
have seen a past issue with hyper threaded cpu's with the Windows 2000 server
but not 2003 server. I'm looking for suggestions on troubleshooting and
resolving this issue.
