Appleshare AFP 3.1 for Mac OS X

Are there any plans to add Appleshare Filing Protocol 3.1,
ie.AFP 3.1, to Windows Server 2003? Most of my users are on
Mac OS X now, and I am reluctant to set up a share for them
unless this is available.
