Received from Zen on Friday 11/11/04

------------------------------------------------------

Dear Customer,

As of December 1st, 2004, changes are being made in the way mail between
Zen's
customers and AOL's network is conducted.

Due to instances of network abuse, where compromised customer
equipment was
attacking AOL with spam, the decision has been reached with AOL to limit
users
running mail servers mailing AOL customers directly by default.

Customers running mail servers on a ZenADSL IP address will still be
able to
mail AOL, but will need to have a custom reverse DNS record set up for
the IP
address the mail server is running on.

More information on requesting reverse DNS can be found here:

http://www.zensupport.co.uk/knowledg....aspx?id=10166

This change will ONLY affect users running a mail server on a
ZenADSL IP
address. If you are unsure whether you are running a mail server on
your
network, please contact your network administrator.

If you have any questions about how this might affect you or your
business,
please forward them to (E-Mail Removed).

Best Regards,

Zen Internet Technical Support Services
