Are you looking at getting either on the NTL cable network?

Now that's an easy one, if you want your pc infected with
half a ton of crap software, go AOL ;-)

I've been with NTL since Feb, on the 1meg svc, no complaints
so far, get rock solid 1meg all the time, on downloads,
though I do most of my downloading from newsgroups, not p2p
apps.

P.

I _think_ a general rule is that if you're ever faced with two options,
and one is AOL, go for the other one ;-)

Incompatibility with other networking kit and software should rule
out AOL.
