Im considering changing to AOL broadband and taking the phone service from
them too, but I wondered what the pros of cons of it were? Is it an LLU
connection or WLR?
How realible?

You can also go VoIP on your broadband, and not bother getting a phone
service.

A bit of a lottery AFAIK. I have a friend who uses it and it works but that's
about all you can say about it. He gets poor speeds which they blame on
'outdated infrastructure'. Hmmm blame it on BT eh ?

Don't, you'll regret it.
There are plenty of other firms you can get broadband and phone
service from.

Agreed. They are even worse than PlusNet, speaking as an ex customer
of both.
