AOL Instant Messaging

This happens on both of the computers on our network. It
started right after I had an issue with this hardware and
had to call tech support. We get an error message telling
us that we are signed on in multiple locations and than
it signs us off.
Frequency of problem: Always Happens
Can anyone help me with this???
