ANyone using VPN successfully with Voyager 2110?

Hi,

Trying to use this router with a VPN - client doesn't connect at all.
This is at a client, so she is going to check the status at work of
the remote server on Monday, but the router should have VPN
passthrough (it says so on the specs anyway), but does anyone know if
it is broken? Using latest firmware.
