They're an Entanet reseller, so generally well regarded. You may find more
customers in uk.comp.os.linux.

Been using em for the last six months or so...good speed, pretty reliable
(very little downtime).
I'm a gamer and my latency usually sits around 130ms, I also use file
sharing a lot, easy to schedule for overnight/weekends.

They are one of the re-sellers for Entanet. Seven weeks ago I
took out a contract with Entanet (via UKFSN) for an ADSLMax
service and have been very pleased with it.
Had it up and working (on both WinXP and Linux) within 30
minutes of being told it had been installed.
Steady as a rock. Prompt responses to email enquiries.

N.B. They provide a 'wires only' service; i.e. buy your own
router/modem, which suited me.

Take a look at the www.ukfsn.org web site.

OTOH, allegedly one of other Entanet's resellers recently forgot to pay
their bills to Entanet, and customers suffered an outage, so something
to bear in mind. Having said that, when my orange contract ends I am
tempted to go for an Entanet reseller

I am also a happy customer of ukfsn. I was with Plus.net before. They seem
to improve now that I am away. But they also belong to BT. Ukfsn itself is
small and run by Jason Clifford, like http://www.ukpost.com/. All
connectivity problems are solved by BT and Entanet. The extra services
provided by ukfsn, such as the nntp server, are fine.

Yep, Plusnet lost me to UKFSN through shoddy customer service, I am
very happy with the service provided by Entanet and Jason.
Bye for now.

Clive.
