grepping /usr/src/linux/drivers/net/ for "3207" produced nothing.
grepping for "accton" gave references to the 8139too module and the
de4x5 module, so you might want to try modprobing those. Which version
of which distro are you using? What's the output of "uname -a"? What
does "lspci -vv | grep -A6 Ether" report?
