Anyone heard of SUPtel?

They've been digging up the road here. Just wondering what it could be
for. Sounds like a telecoms company although the name might be
misleading I guess.

Hoping BT have contracted them to do the installation work for BB here.

Well it does appear to be BB related. A friend of a friend asked them
what they were doing and they said it was BB.
