Yup - saw the Farepak connection. I did explain to them about this,
however, they wanted to stay with them for now, and if they went bust
then they would deal with it. They are reticent of giving me much
information about the contract, and I didn't want to push.

The IP address they got was registered with a company called
www.186k.co.uk. The username was xxx@comuk. When we dialed in with
the router, it appeared to give a DNS server which wasn't responding,
so I had to use one of the Opendns servers on the router!
They are sending and receiving fine now with Google, and if they need
to change at any time, at least it will only be the router that needs
changing, and not the email address etc, which hopefully won't go bust
(Google).
