Thanks, I'll note that for future reference. Currently the recording
says "No reported problems."
Anyway, good news: my web access is OK again. I suspect it was some
sort of glitch in my router (ZyXEL Prestige 600). I know very little
about this area (my son installed the router a couple of years ago),
but I went into its Configurator and played around. Most of it
incomprehensible to me, but amongst other things I clicked 'Reset
ADSL'. A short while later I could get web access again.
