If you have to reboot do it early to mid evening, it should stay stable all
day then, but it won't synch up quite as fast as when you boot during the
day. So it's make your mind up, continual reboot/renegotiate to keep your
max speed as high as possible or do it once in the evening & have a fairly
stable connection.
If you're on a fixed rate then get in contact with your ISP after doing the
standard tests of course..
