If anyone here is about to sign up or considering a sign up to UKOnline
Broadband (incidently they do 8MB for £29.99)

Contact me so we can both get a free month when sign up is complete.

You can reach me via the following contact form:

Cheers!

Harry

Why would they want a free month?

What's the difference between that and the people who frequently say
"Use me as a referrer for PlusNet"?

LOL. It'll be academic anyway, since the chance of a free month is
presumably dependent on switching ISP... if this is to solicit new
users to Pipex, they might warn not to do it again... unless it's
about moving to another ISP (which isn't a bad idea, anyway)...
I'd say 'Da Vinci Code' just got out of bed the wrong side!

Hopefully there's more to those posts, in terms of responding with
'good advice' - it isn't just a plain 'join plus.net' posting.

A real 'issue' however, was cross-posting it :
alt.internet.providers.uk,uk.telecom.broadband,uk. telecom.mobile
(your post/ZIMACS) selected only this NG. It's certainly off-topic
for uk.telecom.mobile even if no-one on the other two NGs is bothered.
