Anyone else on Pscali getting over FUPd?

Usually, I get good speeds, except 6pm-12am when they limit the speed of P2P
to about 20-30KB/s.

Since Friday or Saturday, P2P has been going at 5KB/s 24 hours a day. Other
downloads still go at full speed.

Their T&C say they only do traffic shaping from 6pm-12am. Is anyone else
being over FUPd?

Bob

I suspect they are completely shutting off NNTP traffic at peak times,
and the periods for which this happened over the weekend were
significantly longer than the published definition of peak time.

I've never received a warning email of the sort described in the FUP.
