Any Vendor Make Quad Port Fiber Ethernet Card?

Intel makes some nice quad port copper gigabit ethernet cards, but
unfortunately nothing in a quad port fiber gigabit ethernet. Can anyone
recommend a PCI-X quad port fiber gigabit ethernet card?

I forgot to add, Intel does have a quad port fiber gigE card with PCI
Express bus, but unfortunately my servers all take PCI-X.
