Any Universal setup wizards/programs?

I share cable access between 2 desktops and 2 laptops and normally
everything runs fine using SMC Barricade SMC2804WBR connected to a
Motorola SURFboard modem and various Linksys client cards.
Occassionally after trying out a new program/utility or after a system
crash I loose Internet access. When everything was hard-wired
ethernet, I had no problems reconnecting everything but with wireless
it seems like more of a challenge.
Any program available which is able to WAR-Charge WinXP Pro and find
then configure all the info/settings needed to get back up and
running?

TIA
