Hi
I'm searching for good wiereless bridge (2.4GHz) to connect two LANs (both
about 50 computers) - distance 500 meters.
It's very important device must be stable - any hangs etc and good
performace.

I have used a couple of Linsyss WET11s for about two months. No problems
at all. However, one LAN has only 8 computers, the other only one. Since
the WET11s are only used to bridge a (physical) firewall, there is no
signal degradation.

If you want stability at 2.4Ghz, in order of Cheapest to most expensive:

SmartBridges APPO
Cisco 350 Bridges
WMux Tsunami

- I got a pair of Linksys WAP11 ver 1 / 1.1 off E-Bay

- Used the WAP11 hack to boost signal strength
http://www.seattlewireless.net/index.cgi/Wap11Hack

- Added some new antennas

- I have clear line of site and much shorter distances than you ;-)

802.11b is too slow for 100 users LAN Real speed for 802.11b is 500KB/s
div 100 users = 5KB/user
I'm searching 802.11g or faster...

In that case go with the Tsunami (now from Proxim) as Jeremy suggested
above.
