Sure, just make it 20 characters or more. Letters, numbers and mixed
cases work best.

Yes, and the more random, the better. Mix upper, lower case, numbers AND
punctuation. You want to avoid using something that could be attacked via a
dictionary of regular words. But even with using a memorable phrase you can
make it a bit more secure.

R3p74c3 s0m3 l3tt3r5 with numbers or put some punctionation marks
in#b3tw33n#th3#w0rd5#.
