Any LLU issues ? (from Pipex to BeThere)

I don't know a lot about LLU unfortunately, and i'm wondering if anyone
can clue me up on any potential pitfalls about moving to an LLU service.

I'm looking at BeThere, and a lot of the feedback on adslguide seems
positive, although the BeBox configuration sounds a little messy.

Are there any drawbacks as far as phone line provision is concerned,
such as problems getting line faults resolved i.e. i'm currently with BT
(only pay about £4 in calls a quarter though)

Has anyone got any negative comments about Be ?
