download?

Well, if you can get cable, Blueyonder don't cap and it's a great service
in my four years of experience with it.

Bong! Wrong answer, Plusnet DON'T cap their service / limit what you
can dowload... They offer a premium uncapped service.

If by a capped service, you mean the recent thing, where they move the
greedy onto their own pipe, that's not a cap.
