Any ideas - SAR 715

Just took a working SAR 715 and loaded the latest software onto it as
I need a feature in the latest release. Now the BT test account works
(i get an IP address) but it won't log on using the @hg47.btclick
account details.

Any ideas?

I have confirmed with BT that the account details seem to be correct -
but the monkey on the phone didn't seem too bright

the latest firmware works for us using demon and eclipse as the ISP's.

i'd shout at BT a bit more - threaten to move to another ISP etc etc etc

Go ask the same question on the Solwise Forums, they will sort you out.
