Brian, Error code 10 means that a driver failed during startup. Usually that
driver leaves a message in the System event log that will help you find out
why. Have you checked the event log? Better yet, check in the device
manager. Go into the control panel. Then click on the systems icon and then
click device manager. You will see some yellow or red marks located next to
the problem driver. Try un-installing the problem driver. Once you've
verified exactly which one is causing the problem, then you can isolate it
and find an updated driver that will work. Good luck!
