This is what I'm getting when I go to problems & soultions and I get no help
using that program he is a copy of what I'm seeing in details.

(Windows was able to successfully install device driver software, but the
driver software encountered a problem when it tried to run. The problem code
is 10.

Problem signature
Problem Event Name: PnPDeviceProblemCode
Architecture: x86
Hardware Id: wanatw
Setup class GUID: {4d36e972-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}
PnP problem code: 0000000A
Driver name: wanatw4.sys
Driver version: 8.3.0.0
Driver date: 11-29-2006
OS Version: 6.0.6001.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033

Files that help describe the problem
DMIAA9E.tmp.log.xml
LOGAB1C.tmp
oem21.inf

Any ideas how to fix it I keep getting this time and time again. Or how can
I get rid of it. Thanks

this newsgroup supports the (now defunct) Microsoft branded
networking hardware. the file "wanatw4.sys" is something you can
find pages and pages about using Google to search for it. apparently
some file from AOL. check with their tech support.

this newsgroup supports the Microsoft branded networking hardware.
if you can't uninstall it from programs, as I already suggested, you
might want to try Google.

Brian, Error code 10 means that a driver failed during startup. Usually that
driver leaves a message in the System event log that will help you find out
why. Have you checked the event log? Better yet, check in the device
manager. Go into the control panel. Then click on the systems icon and then
click device manager. You will see some yellow or red marks located next to
the problem driver. Try un-installing the problem driver. Once you've
verified exactly which one is causing the problem, then you can isolate it
and find an updated driver that will work. Good luck!
