Yes, migrated to them (from Eclipse) on Sept 1.

So far very pleased, nothing to gripe about.

Their prices look very reasonable.
I see they're up front with their service description too:
"512kbps to 8Mbps"
Connection fee of £47 though.

web-site claims a lead time of 5 days though which would be useful

From giving them my MAC from Eclipse, to being transferred over took
exactly 7 days (5 working days). Migrating in is free BTW.

I'm on a 512k/2GB package. I expect to use about 2.5-3 GB, extra bandwidth
costs £2.70 per 3GB extra block. There's a meter on their website where you
can view your usage. Bear in mind that uploads and downloads contribute to
the usage. Also the prices in large text on their web site refer to the
monthly cost if you pay for a year's worth in advance.

For instance:-

2GB package 143.40 per year or 11:95/m

If you pay monthly that package is 12:95/m

All charges are in advance.

Out of interest, could you indicate what made you change from Eclipse (and
which account you were on), please? (I'm on Evolution level one at 14.99)

Placed the order online on Thursday evening. Immediately asked for
clarification by email which router they would send as their order
process doesn't allow choice. Received a reply email sent at 09:03:10
confirming the Voyager 2110. I've just checked the status of the number
at <http://www.prodigynet.co.uk/menu.php?page=support/adsllinecheck>
which indicates that the line has ADSL fully installed on it.

That's less than 48 hours! Shame the router hasn't arrived yet.

.... if I'd realised the ADSL was already active I could have lent them
my spare when I went over there today. :-/

What's interesting is that BT Openreach can seem to activate a BT Wholesale
ADSL service on a BT line very quickly. However Sky are blaming BTO for 2+
week delays on what must be a simpler process (for BTO) jumpering their
Easynet DLSAMs to Sky customer BT phone lines ?

I rather suspect that Sky have paid for a rather cheapskate or limited
provisioning service from BTO, far lower than BTW ISPs ?
