Hello,

seems dead to me. So does the mailinglist.

Is anyone still working on this? I have a good idea
for a new feature. But where to publish?

(E-Mail Removed) is the place now AFAIK. tc is part of iproute2
(git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/shemminger/iproute2.git).
