Home network consisting of a Belkin 802.11g ADSL wifi router, with built in
firewall, a Desktop PC home built with Belkin 802.11g PCI card and a Dell
Latitude D600 with intel 802.11a/b/g card, now the question is this when my
Dell laptop only had a 802.11b card in it transferred files across my
network at a constant 11mbs now with the new card it starts off at 54mbs and
drops down to 1mbs after just a few seconds, the cards not DOA so it must be
something to do with the settings any thoughts please?
