Another Plusnet Query

Hi plusnet users,

Just considering changing (from NTL cable) to Plusnet ADSL.

Interested particularly in p2p (WinMX etc.). Anyone had any problems? Is
there any form of download cap?

On the very cheapest accounts, p2p is not supported, nor are binary
newsgroups.
"Home surf" Does not support this, "Home" does.
Pay a couple more quid, and it is, and there is no cap.

Needless to say, I'd appreciate you entering "mauve" into the
referrer box if you decide to go with plusnet.

Hi Al,

Our ADSL Home Surf (and on the business side Biz Surf) accounts blocks
access to peer-2-peer software and binary newsgroups, but it is
unrestricted on all the other broadband accounts.

There are no download limits on any of the accounts.
