Another BT Broadband (strange) event

Was on the 81.128.0.0/11 subnet, at 4.5mbps instead of 8.0mbps.

Turned the router off at the mains for 30 minutes, back on and was assigned
and IP from the 217.32.0.0/12 subntet and full 8.0mbps connectivity.
