Annoying password

Hi folks,
I'm looking for an answer to the following question: How
do I disable the box from appearing when booting up... It
says "Microsoft Networking" it asks for Username and
Password. Its a home computer for me and I was able to
disable it before I reformated my c:/ and I can't remember
how I did it.
