Project Description:
Bandwidth Management Tools was designed to provide a full suite of
bandwidth management applications to Linux, able to shape, log and graph
traffic. Seeing as BWM Tools uses iptables for matching traffic, the
complexity of traffic control is limitless.

* Dependencies updated to older versions which work
* Added new configure option --with-rrdtool-source
* Fixed multiple bugs in configure with regards to dependency checks
* Fixed wrapping of flow priority value
* Improved the accuracy of the parent burst threshold mechanism
* Improved packet scheduling and queueing
* Running totals in bwm_monitor is now a little softer
